St. Petersburg family hoping for resolution in unsolved murder - St. Petersburg Times

Cedric Green was kidnapped and later found dead in Tampa. The case is one of last year's unsolved murders with police still working the case. In recognition of Green's birthday, family members and friends released 37 balloons.
